DevToolEra is built to collect as little data as possible. The tools run in your browser, and the text you enter into them is not sent to our servers.

What the tools do with your input

The JSON Formatter reads, formats and minifies what you paste using your browser's own JavaScript. Your input is not uploaded, stored or logged by this site. Each tool page states whether it processes data locally, so check that note before entering sensitive data into any tool.

What is stored on your device

If you choose light or dark mode, the site saves that choice in your browser's local storage under the key theme so it can remember it next time. The site does not set cookies. You can clear this at any time from your browser's site settings.

Hosting and server logs

DevToolEra is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes standard request information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. Text you enter into the tools is not part of these requests. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

Third-party services

This site does not use analytics, advertising scripts, external fonts or other third-party scripts. If that changes, this page will be updated.
